Memakai RSTP pada VLAN routing

I have 9 Layer 3 switches.

Sw1 port 1 connects to Sw2 port 2, Sw2 port 1connects to Sw3 port 2, Sw3 port 1 connects to Sw4 port 1, and so on until Sw9 port 1 connects back to Sw1 port 2.

Each switch is on a different subnet.

Sw1 is the switch allowing internet access.

I want to allow internet access to all the different subnets.

If a link say between Sw2 and Sw3 goes down, I want it to automatically go around the other direction.

Can you use inter VLAN routing and RSTP in this way?

Sw1 Subnet:
Fiber VLAN XXXX - 10.100.0.1

ip route 10.11.255.0 255.255.255.0 10.100.0.2
ip route 10.11.101.0 255.255.255.0 10.100.0.2
ip route 10.11.201.0 255.255.255.0 10.100.0.2
ip route 10.15.255.0 255.255.255.0 10.100.0.3
ip route 10.15.101.0 255.255.255.0 10.100.0.3
ip route 10.15.201.0 255.255.255.0 10.100.0.3
ip route 10.4.255.0 255.255.255.0 10.100.0.4
ip route 10.4.101.0 255.255.255.0 10.100.0.4
ip route 10.4.201.0 255.255.255.0 10.100.0.4

Sw2 Subnet:
Default VLAN 10.11.255.1
VLAN XXXX - 10.100.0.2
VLAN DATA 10.11.101.1
VLAN VOICE 10.11.201.1
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.100.0.1

Sw3
Default VLAN 10.11.255.1
VLAN XXXX - 10.100.0.3
VLAN DATA 10.15.101.1
VLAN VOICE 10.15.201.1
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.100.0.1

The rest of the switches omitted.

Is this the simplest way? Excuse my newbie-ness.
