There are number of toonel.net client application packages. All solutions are 100% Java based and therefore this service can be used on any platform with an installed Java Runtime Environment, including mobile phones.
Toonel Generic Swing Package (Linux, Sun Solaris, Windows) – compiled against version 1.3 of the Java 2 Platform APIs, and targeted to run on version 1.3 or above of the Java 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition. This package comes with Swing UI.
